How we got here and where we are now
Candace and Kimo are the husband-and-wife team behind Scenic Realty and Scenic Vacation Homes, two boutique firms proudly serving Northern Colorado.
Prior to launching their companies, both built careers as paramedics, developing the calm judgment, responsiveness, and clear communication required in high-pressure situations. Kimo continues to serve in healthcare as a nurse and paramedic, bringing a steady, client centered approach to every interaction.
Candace brings over twenty-six years of property management experience and holds the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation. With a strong background in operations, tenant relations, and asset performance, she expanded into real estate sales in 2022, providing strategic representation for buyers, sellers, and investors.
Together, they deliver disciplined oversight, thoughtful guidance, and dependable service — grounded in integrity and a genuine commitment to the Northern Colorado community.
